Q: Are there any hidden fees that customers should be aware of?
A: There are sometimes additional fees for certain features, such as trips more than fifty miles outside of the Chicago area, but these will be discussed up front before your trip, so there are never any hidden fees tacked on at the end. Many companies do that, but not us. We want you to feel completely comfortable while on the road with us, and to know that we always put the customer's needs first.
Q: What cities do you service within the Chicago area?
A: We serve all of the cities that are listed on our service area page, but our service area is not necessarily limited to only those cities. If you're not sure about a particular location, just give us a call at 312-725-2871 and we'll be happy to answer your questions! If you think your pickup location is too far away for us to service you there is a good chance you're wrong.
Q: Will it cost more to rent your party bus services on the weekends?
A: Weekends mean more traffic and more fuel usage, and our services are also more in demand at those times, so the weekends (Friday thru Sunday) are slightly more expensive than the weekdays (Monday thru Thursday). The cheapest day of the weekend is Friday, and the most expensive is Saturday. If budget is a concern for you, call us and we will be happy to work within your means.
Q: How many guests can we bring on one party bus?
A: Our fleet changes often with new additions and new features added to existing buses, so we recommend that you check out our vehicles page for complete information on this. Typically we have buses that can easily accommodate anywhere from 16 to 35 passengers, and depending on your need for space and features, we may recommend a smaller bus or a larger bus for you.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Chicago Party Bus is insured to the maximum amount allowed by law, so you are completely protected when on the road with us! There are many companies out there that put your life in danger by not providing the proper insurance. Be sure to do research on the company you book with before making a reservation.
Q: What are the most popular events that you handle?
A:
The ones that our customers call us most often for are bachelor and
bachelorette parties, weddings, anniversary parties, birthdays, sweet
sixteen parties, prom transportation, wedding showers, baby showers, St
Patrick's Day, and New Year's Eve. We will service any event that you could possibly need though.
Q: We only need a ride to our event, can you still provide us service?
A: Not only do we just offer hourly service but we can also do one way trips or pickup and dropoff. You can get a ride to your destination and then picked up at the end of the night to save you some money if you don't need to drive around in the bus at all.
